Minimum system requirements for Windows®:

• A USB Host port (USB 1.1 or 2.0)
  
• USB mass storage protocol must be supported by your OS 
• An Intel® Pentium® based PC or equivalent is recommended.
• 128 MB RAM is recommended to process grayscale and color images
• 300 MB free disk space
• A DVD ROM drive and a free USB port
• Windows 7, Vista®, or XP (32 & 64 bits)

• A USB Host port (USB 1.1 or 2.0) 
• USB mass storage protocol must be supported by your OS.
• A Mac® computer with a G4 processor.

* The IRIScan Book can scan any type of documents. The conversion to editable format must be done with Readiris Pro 12.

Printed characters can be recognized accurately . Cursive hand writing recognition is not supported.*
