Please remove SIM cards before sending your iPhone. We cannot be responsible for any loss of sim card on your iPhone.

to the address below. Use a cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap or other packaging material that will protect the LCD screen in the even of an impact to the shipping box.

Upon receiving your iPhone for repair, iPhonebay we will send you an email with confirmation of receipt.

After we evaluate a device, we will send you an email to give us repair details with payment for repair services.
